The Return Standard

We believe in the objects we curate. If a piece doesn't bring the intended beauty to your space, we offer a refined return process.

30-Day Evaluation

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to evaluate your selection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original premium packaging.

Concierge Returns

To initiate a return, contact our concierge team at hello@elysio.com. We will provide a prepaid collection service for all eligible returns.
