Refund & Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because we ship our products through specialized logistics networks to provide the most competitive prices, we operate under a strict No Refunds policy.
Free Replacements
In the event that you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will happily process a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
The Unboxing Video Rule (Strictly Mandatory)
To claim a replacement for any damage, missing item, or incorrect product, you must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video. The video must show the sealed package label clearly and the package being opened for the first time without any edits, cuts, or retakes. Without this unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement request.
24-Hour Timeframe
You must notify us within 24 Hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Late requests will not be accepted.
Exclusions
Electronic products are final sale and are not covered under our replacement policy. Non-qualifying issues such as accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear are also excluded.
How to Start a Replacement
To request a replacement, please contact support at elysiomartofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the defect, and the mandatory uncut unboxing video. Once approved, we will provide you with a case ID and instructions on returning the item. Do not send returns back to the address on the shipping label as they will not be processed.
